Gris-Gris is the debut album by New Orleans R&B artist Dr. John. In 2003, the album was ranked number 143 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. The track "I Walk on Gilded Splinters" was a UK hit for Marsha Hunt in 19691 and is also regularly performed by Widespread Panic. The album was ranked 100th on The Guardian's Top 100 Albums (Even though there are 102 albums) That Don’t Appear In All The Other Top 100 Albums Of All Time list. 2
