East and West (Toshiko Akiyoshi and Charlie Mariano) is a jazz album recorded in Tokyo in 1963 and released on the Victor (Japan) label. A slightly different version was released by Nippon Columbia titled, Toshiko - Mariano Quartet (in West Side).
